WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Face Covering: Please adhere to the most current executive order issued by the State of Texas.

 

For pole class: Shorts and tank top/t-shirt for everyone. Sports bra is recommended for the ladies. Don't worry about shoes. You will be barefoot.

For other dance classes: Same attire as pole class. Knee pads are recommended for floorDANCE and exoticPOLE. Heels are optional. Pleaser platform shoes are good for exoticPOLE. Regular heels with ankle support are best for choreoPOLE and floorDANCE.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE STUDIO?

For pole dance and pole fitness classes, we recommend bringing the following:

  • yoga mat

  • water

  • ankle weights (if you want to wear them for polePOWER)

  • your choice of grip aids (helps you stick to the pole)

    • iTAC2​

    • Tite-Grip II

    • Dry Hands

    • Firm Grip

    • etc.

  • rubbing alcohol spray, if you have some to spare (helps you stick to the pole)

 

The studio provides a cleaning solution for the pole. Not for body use.

Help keep the studio clean by cleaning studio equipment you used (i.e., pole, crash mats, etc.) and returning them to their designated areas. Please throw your trash in the trash can.

ATTENTION: You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.
